Centre Sky Architecture was the winner of the 2016 Best Architect for the Best of Big Sky survey! Locals and visitors from afar filled out an on-line survey, weighing in on who they thought make this community thrive. Centre Sky architecture was nominated for the second year in a row for the Best Architect category.
We would like to give a big thank you to our team members who make it all happen, all of the consultants that collaborate with us on projects, and the community of Big Sky.
The challenges of designing homes in the this high-elevation community are many, including heavy snow loads and complicated topography. Centre Sky Architecture works hard to translate a clients aesthetic sensibility into its designs. Whether the goal is to implement a heating system to reduce utility costs, or an “off the grid” home that requires zero fossil fuels to operate, sustainability is a critical part of the Centre Sky design process. We will continue to develop relationships with clients that foster strong communication that result in a unique, outstanding project for each client.
