  1. 5 – 7+ years of experience with residential or resort architecture and construction documents
  2. Management of multiple projects and various stages of design

  7. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit is a MUST

Office Manager

We are looking for a team player to coordinate, organize, and execute office administrative and project management tasks. You are the main point of contact providing administrative support for all employees, clients, outside consultants, and any office related vendors. Having excellent communication and organization skills, and to be highly detailed with the ability to maneuver between tasks quickly is a must. Your ultimate role is to create and maintain a high level of organizational effectiveness and communication flow throughout the office.     Administrative Tasks:
    Day-to-day tasks – Answering phones, filing, printing, ordering supplies, mail.
    Maintaining office equipment/office infrastructure
    Responsible for overseeing HR duties and procedures
    Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
    Schedule meetings/appointments
    Tracking project hours and oversee Time Force (employee time card system)

    Administrative/Project Support for Principal & Project Managers:
    Coordinate/Schedule meetings with clients and consultants
    Create and maintain project files from inception to end of construction
    Generate and administer appropriate project documents to clients and consultants
    Produce contracts for new clients
    Coordinate project submittals to community Architectural Review Committees
    Assist in writing proposals for potential projects
    Coordinate with past clients showings and photography of their homes
