 Centre Sky Architectures scope is not limited to new custom residential; we increasingly are designing additions and renovations for our clients. The need for further garage space was the basis for the Flatt family to begin the exterior addition and renovation in Mountain Village, Colorado. With the extension of the garage in depth on the main level created an opportunity to add an upper level deck from the guest bedroom above and the need to add exterior stone throughout the residence to comply with the 35% minimum. The exterior facade was to have stone added that matches the existing stone, complimented with enlarged wood columns and kickers, and adding a copper smoke stack.
