Influenced by the great Mediterranean and renaissance styles, Private Auto Club subtly blends with the colonial heritage of the area. Lavish with luxury services ranging from massages to a member’s lounge, the club overlooks a custom designed road for private use only.

Members are given the chance to take their cars out in a safe, fun environment and to return to the comforts of a five start restaurant and private locker. The clubhouse itself features a solid glass viewing wall along the back of the member’s lounge for watching the track and a tower that offers other viewing angles as well. At night, the wall and the tower will glow from the garden-courtyard where guests at the club can view the Private Auto Club collection garages. These garages hold a premium selection of automobiles for use by the top tier members and set the tone for the mixture of comfort, environmentalism and automotive enthusiasm that guides the club.

Select overhangs, high quality insulation, geothermal heating and cooling, and sod roof gardens over the garages blend with photovoltaic and a micro wind tower to make the building one of the most environmentally friendly in the region. Design meetings with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and a goal of LEED Platinum also set the standard for a sustainable and long term environmental investment.
