The Barn has become an interesting building based on property lines, function and spaces required.

This phase has become a special structure with a heavy emphasis on Southwest design but also strong applications of the homestead style with logs, rusted metal and vertical wood plank siding.

Its location will be very visible from almost all other phases of the resort and gold course community, and it will serve as an introduction focal point for guest traveling back and forth between the two.
