Halker Homestead is our current new residential design being built in Parker, Colorado. Construction has been underway since May and the exterior finishes are well on their way with our rich warm vertical barn wood siding and trim. Masterpiece Builders are doing a great job of moving this project along, we are very happy with the team on this design and are always excited to share the progress!
In the photos below from today, you are able to get an understanding of the approach from the driveway and up to and through the main entry. There is also a horse or hiking trail coming up the opposite of on the property which a great approach and view of the structure.
