MOONSHADOW

Moonshadow is our first project in Empire Pass. We are excited to team up with a local developer to create a visionary design for future development on strategic lots. Deer Valley’s Empire Pass has eight elite lots that have not been developed. We will bring our creative design talents to these unique lots to help prospective buyers visualize their future home.

The preliminary design we have created is a play on Mountain Modern architectural style. Large glazing throughout the home lets residence enjoy the beauties of Deer Valley from the comforts of their home. Multiple exterior spaces are carefully oriented and placed to create a relaxing area in all four seasons, each offering unique views of the surrounding landscapes.
