Frankie’s Hideaway, Ridgway, Colorado
Frankie’s Hideaway was designed to take advantage of the full array of views the site offers. Window and corridor placements were designed to focus on a skyline from a distance, then opening the full focal magnitude and engagement of solitude with the natural vegetation of the meadows accompanied with the mountainscapes and the full views of skies.
Spatial orientation and qualities reinforce the focal points by creating spaces for gathering while engaging with the properties of the site.
