Hidden Elk Ranch (HER) is a beautiful farmland located a short distance from Bozeman. Surrounded by magnificent views of the distant mountain ranges and unique topographical features, Hidden Elk Ranch’s main house will be perched at the highest elevation of the property overlooking the guest house, the barn, and a pond as its main focal point. It was essential to the owners to preserve as much of the land for farming as possible and maintain existing habitats for wildlife. Reclaimed siding and timber materials with a few exposed steel detail elements were selected as exterior finishes to fit seamlessly with the context of the land and its vegetation.
